The strange company will be headed jointly by way of Monsanto chairman and CEO Robert B Shapiro and AHP chairman, president and CEO John R Stafford.

* The U Environmental Protection Agency has approved the registration of StarLink brand Bt corn hybrids from AgrEvo USA, Apple Valley, Minn. The now passing registration requires the hybrids to be used in domestic animal fe and industrial non-food uses.
